The fabulous team at Valley Hub Community Cafe

Kindred Coffee

Every Friday from 12-2pm our members are to be found sharing a chat, a cuppa and a bite to eat, Refreshments are served by our fabulous friends at Valley Community Hub Cafe (pictured left).

As the saying goes, it's good to talk, and people catch up with old friends and new, exchange news, what they're binge watching on telly, as well as the trials and tribulations of their week.

So if you're looking to find out more about our groups, our values and our warm welcome, this is a great place to start!

Kindred Minds outing with South Central Community Transport minibus

Kindred Explorers

One of the highlights of Kindred Minds year is an annual summer outing.  Each year we ask our people where they would like to go.

Last September  we travelled down to Shrewsbury, a beautiful market town nestling just on the English side of the Welsh Border.

Our members find that a day away from their day-to-day concerns, exploring places they might otherwise not get the chance to see can be a real tonic.  The memories of a great day out can be just the thing to set us up for the long winter nights to come.

South Central Community Transport are a fabulous local organisation supporting all kinds of community groups with their transport needs.  Just click on the picture to find out more about them.
